Our Policies

İDA Group upholds and follows the same HR policies for all group companies. We believe in awarding talent and personal development. The group has successfully preserved its core head office and site staff, and by careful selection and recruitment, keeps adding valuable professionals to its staff on permanent basis.

We are proud of our significantly low employee turn-over, however this does not keep us from working on improvements of our recruitment and HR policies.
